This was an experiment, so I only made the left shoe. It ended up working great (it is very comfortable!), so I need to create the right one now and then sand down the sides of the soles.
I created these as "keep your bare feet off the hotel room floor" sandals. They have more cushion inside them than my first sandals along with a nice hand-sewn edge.
First pair of sandals. They look pretty good, but unfortunately, they are just not very comfortable. The soles are just leather with no cork or cushion inside.
